Insurance

PelviCure Physcial Therapy does not accept insurance, and is considered an out-of-network (OON) provider for all insurances. We choose to focus on what we do best, which is to provide personalized, compassionate care for our clients.

As an out-of-network provider, we do not need to inflate our costs to cover reimbursement of PT services, which means a lower rate for you. This model allows for longer treatment sessions, with less frequency, meaning getting your goals met with less visits and less cost to you.

Also keep in mind that insurance companies often reimburse for out-of-network physical therapy treatments. Upon request, we can provide a per-visit itemized bill, for you to pursue reimbursement directly through your insurance company.

Billing

Payment is due at the time of the service. We accept cash, checks and most major credit cards. Physical Therapy services do qualify for Health Care Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).
